Shipping Policy
Standard Orders Processing
Standard orders placed through Boot Buttons shop are processed typically 3-5 business days after the order is received (depending on order type and customizations). Once the order is processed, we will send tracking to the email address provided during the purchase (if applicable).

Wholesale Orders Processing
At this time, wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped to you within 4-6 weeks. Once the order is processed, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided in the order.

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee is applied at the time of checkout for standard retail orders placed through the online shop. Shipping is free for retail orders when 10 or more items are purchased during one transaction (excluding wholesale items). ​
Shipping and tax are not included in the cost of a wholesale set. A flat shipping fee and tax are calculated and applied at the time of checkout for wholesale orders.
Standard shipping is the only available method of delivery at this time. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days. This means your order should arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days -- and often less!​

Wholesale Policy
Texas Resellers Policy
Boot Buttons LLC offers wholesale options to Texas buyers. As a Texas seller, we are obligated to collect a properly completed Form 01-339, Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate to exempt sales and use tax. Boot Buttons LLC will work with the Texas buyer to collect this required paperwork.

Non-Texas Resellers Policy
Boot Buttons LLC offers wholesale options to non-Texas buyers. Boot Buttons LLC only has a physical nexus established in the state of Texas. As economic nexus has currently not been established in other states, we do not collect sales and use tax on wholesale orders made outside of the state of Texas. When economic nexus is established, Boot Buttons LLC will require non-Texas resellers to provide appropriate sales permit information to exempt any sales tax from the order.

Custom Button Orders Policy
Boot Buttons LLC offers custom button options to any consumer. The process to create a custom boot button typically takes 6 weeks to start to finish but can take longer dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to: manufacturer delays, design approval delays, etc. Any consumer who initiates and agrees to start a custom button order must agree to the wholesale policy before a custom order can begin. Furthermore, since the order is custom, the order is non-refundable. There is a small, non-refundable fee associated to creating the button design mold. Boot Buttons LLC owns the rights to this design mold and the consumer understands Boot Buttons LLC has the right to resell the design on bootbuttons.com or resell to another consumer, if desired by Boot Buttons LLC.

The consumer purchasing the custom button order agrees to abide by all licensing rights and copyright laws. By providing any designs to Boot Buttons LLC, the consumer agrees they have permission to use the design and release Boot Buttons LLC from any liability of use. Furthermore, Boot Buttons LLC has the right for final approval on any design. If any design appears to be in conflict with potential license or copyrighted material, Boot Buttons LLC has right to decline the design being requested by the consumer.

If the consumer is a buyer looking to resell the product, the abovementioned reseller policies apply, otherwise, the consumer will be required to pay sales and use tax (if applicable).
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the form here.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-7 business days which is completely determined by your financial institution).

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returned Items

We will provide you with the mailing address to send any returns back. If you have not done so, please fill out the form here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
